EVENT STYLING & ON THE DAY COORDINATION, RSA SERVERS & LABOURERS

​Styling - setup of your own equipment OR A COMBO OF YOURS & OURS.
we can style venue tables or your home so you can relax & enjoy your day, need a spare pair of hands on the day to setup your event. we can setup your items or a mix of yours and ours. What about extra staff for your caterer or a dishy or even a glassy. Setups or cleanups are all in this range.

** from $40/hr per worker. general business hours . minimum 4hours per person.
OVER 8 HOURS, MEALS AND/ OR TRAVEL TO BE PAID BY CLIENT - $POA (pending venue accom may be required)
​TRAVEL $POA (pending suburb)

$75 per hour PER PERSON for ON THE DAY EVENT COORDINATION - Minimum 4 hours per person
​OR after hours/LATE PICKUPS
​or wet weather
OR DIFFICULT SITE work - such as muddy terrain or up a mountain

rsa servers FROM $55 per hour PER PERSON
WE REQUIRE THE FOLLOWING SERVERS FOR YOUR EVENT
1 SERVER UPTO 30 GUESTS
2 SERVERS 30-50 GUESTS
3 SERVERS 50-100
** IF COCKTAILS TO BE MADE ADD 1 EXTRA SERVER TO ENSURE EVERYTHING RUNS SMOOTHLY
SERVING YOUR WINE, BEERS, SPIRITS. INCLUDES SETUP of BAR, SERVICE, CLEARING & CLEANING OF GLASSES & PACKDOWN OUR BARS
COCKTAIL MIXOLOGISTS - $75 PER SERVER.
*travel time or meals MAY BE APPLICABLE PENDING ON SUBURB & time required. - $poa
